Infinipath – Q & A

*Summary of today’s Infinipath:*
🙏Ramu🙏7/1/2024

This Mahatriya’s Infinipath session focuses on Q&A and highlights from the discussion:

#(1) Once, teachers lamented the lack of societal respect; now, it’s doctors. For any profession to gain respect, pride and sincere service are essential. Society responds to those who serve uprightly.

#(Q1) A husband intends to only fulfill financial duties and hinted at a parallel family. Mahatria advises it’s solely the woman’s decision, considering various aspects and her financial situation, free from outside influence.

#(Q2) An upcoming leader seeks guidance. Mahatria suggests a leader earns respect by separating from past frivolities but occasionally engaging for humility.

Empowering any team can happen only when the leader who can command respects (not demanding) from his team members.

That commanding respects can happen when the leader earn respects by distancing from his team members from his past frivolities and participate occasionally. If it’s occasional, then only it shall be deemed as “Simplicity or humility” of the leader.

For example, if Krishna puts His arms around Arjuna’s shoulders, it is of Krishna’s magnonimity. If Krishna allows Arjuna to do the same with him, then the leadership and empowerment turn to be mockery.

#(Q3) An individual anxious about marriage. Mahatria states a man’s duty pertains largely to his wife’s satisfaction to earn a name of “Good Husband”.

A woman, however, must balance multiple roles to earn the same “Good wife”.

As the way, every American President has been given a leeway or honeymoon period for the first 100 days before assuming entire country’s Responsibilities…

…. the family should grant her the first 100 days of unconditional love and freedom before expectations.

To be precise, his family members instead of behaving with the new girl has come in as mother-in-law father-in-law, sister-in-law, etc, they should behave for the first 100 days as *”Father-in-LOVE, mother-in-LOVE, sister-in-Love”* before imposing her on any family expectations or responsibilities.

Thanks to Mahatriya for the enlightening session.

Summarily yours,
🙏Ramu🙏

Infinipath – Important Over priority

#1: Time management:

Time management is nothing to do with clock. It’s about attitude towards life.
In other words, it’s about SELF MANAGEMENT.

If your major chunk of today, is not focussed on tomorrow, and only on today, and there will be NO GROWTH at all. If it’s just focused entirely on today, it’s mere an entertainment, timepass and fun.

WORK is the greatest way to achieve SALVATION. The more one involves himself in work, the less he involves himeself in timepass.

Gratitude is the mother of all virtues; Celebration is life. The one who associated himself with deep emotions of the above, he can ATTRACT more quality people in his life.

*EXCUISTIVENESS:* (I’m not sure of listening properly)
Excueses such as I’m from village; eldest in my family; parents love my siblings not me; parents jad not guided me; …
Blaming others and attributing reasons which are not in our control is the primary reason for our present status. Unless we take control of our present status and focus ourselves towards futuristic, no magic wand nor external force shall change our present status. Take control of ourselves and stop blaming which are not controlable ourselves is the way moving towards growth path.

*29 quality hours per week out of 168 hours is the key that shall lead one towards leading Holistic Life:*

(1) Monday to Saturday – 1 hour per day, keep the Sunday as contigency and thus 6 hours per week is to be dedicated for taking care of our PHYSICAL WELLBEING – EXERCISE.

(2) 6 X 30 minutes, keep Sunday as contigency and thus 3 hours per week is to be dedicated for taking care of our SPIRITUAL WELLBEING – Mediataion

(3) 6 hours a week is to be dedicated for quality family Time with the following caveat.
(a) Family Time means, it’s to be meant structly for blood relatives such as parents, children, spouse, grandparents, etc..
(b) Quality Time means, one should abstain himself from technological gadgets, but with physical presence.
(c) If technological gadgets is used just as a tool to interact with family members who are away from our location, it’s nothing wrong as long as technology is used as secondary tool but building relationship is to be of prime focus.

(4) 30 minutes a day or 3 hours a week is to be dedicated for upgradation on competence, especially on learning new things such as language, technology, etc..(Here too if YouTube is used, it should be as aiding towards growth, but not timepass)

(LEARNING STOPS AGEING; STOP LEARNING CAUSES AGEING)

(5) 6 hours a week is to be dedicated for introspection and consolidation of our professional learning in the past 1 week and plan for next 1 week – futuristic perspective

(6) 3 hours a week to be dedicated for EGO ANNIHILATION in such a way one should involve and associate himself with community work such as if one is religious then he can involve himself in temple or church work, or any form of community work with SELFLESS INTENT.

*Anything one does with srlfless intent, he’s doing God’s work; If one does God’s work, inturn God shall do your work.*

In a gist, 6 hours for physical wellbeing, 3 hours for spiritual wellbeing, 6 hours for family, 3 hours for competence upgradation, 6 hours for professional upgradation and 3 hours for ego annihilation …(2 hours???)

Dedication of 29 hours or more or less 1 day per week towards above mentioned areas, shall take care off one’s HOLISTIC LIFE that shall bring all abundance, prosperity and happiness towards entire life.

From Time Management 4 quarter Diagram:

Left side is URGENT related;
Right side is NOT URGENT;
Bottom side is NOT IMPORTANT.
Top side is IMPORTANT activities.

So, one should focus and dedicate more and more time and efforts towards TOP RIGHT SIDE that is NOT URGENT & IMPORTANT activities for moving towards GROWTH PATH and FUTURISTIC LIFE.

Wishing you Happy New year to all of you.

KATHAL – The core Malayalam movie review

*”KATHAL – THE CORE”*: A Review of the Malayalam Film on Amazon Prime (OTT) 🙏Ramu🙏7/1/2024

This film showcases a daring narrative only found in the ventures of Kerala. The performances, from Mamooty and Jyothika to the supporting cast, music, and setting, resonate with subtlety.

The storyline follows Jyothika, who, after 20 years of marriage to Mamooty and with a 19-year-old daughter, files for divorce, coinciding with Mamooty’s election campaign.

Mamooty’s female lawyer empowers him to open up, despite his reticence. Jyothika alleges Mamooty’s homosexuality, countered by arguments questioning her delayed action and lack of evidence.

The defense subtly highlights the timeline of gay marriage legislation, presenting Mamooty’s father as a poignant witness, leading to a climactic confession from Mamooty about being coerced into marriage due to societal pressures.

Mamooty’s restrained performance surpasses the norm of superstar portrayals. Jyothika’s bravery in choosing unconventional roles deserves commendation.

This offbeat film is truly worth watching.

The Intricacies of Perception and description about God and Nature

The Intricacies of Perception and Deception about God and Nature
🙏Ramu🙏27/12/2023

A few years back, I stumbled upon an interview featuring Yuval Noah Harari. The interviewer began with a direct question aimed at Yuval, asking, “Do you believe in the existence of God?”

Yuval, in his unique manner, addressed this tricky question by stating, “As per your perceptions and beliefs about God, or rather, as per the perceptions or beliefs that religions have instilled in their followers – that God, according to me, does not exist.”

He further added, “What I perceive as God may not align with the beliefs held by most of you. So, which God’s existence are you questioning?”

If we set aside the religious dogmas ingrained within us and strive to comprehend the beauty of nature and its evolution over millions of years through a Darwinian lens, we can better appreciate the essence of Nature and the concept of God.

In his recent book, “What I Learned about Investing from Darwin,” author Pulak Prasad delves into this subject splendidly.

He eloquently illustrates that deceivers and imposters aren’t confined to humans alone; they also exist among plants, insects, and animals.

To avoid elongating this piece, I’ll share just one example:

Deadly Coral Snakes: These snakes deter potential predators with their 3 vivid colors – red, black, and yellow or white coloration, which not only captivates the eye but also indicates their highly poisonous nature.

Such conspicuous coloration is widespread among many toxic plants and animals.

They’re essentially broadcasting an honest message to potential threats, saying, “Don’t you Dare!!”

Innocuous Milk Snakes: Nonvenomous milk snakes possess strikingly similar coloration to poisonous coral snakes, making them indistinguishable in photographs.

This form of deceptive communication is termed Batesian mimicry, where a harmless species mimics the appearance of a poisonous or unpalatable species to deter predators.

Over millions of years, milk snakes have evolved through natural selection to mimic coral snakes, ensuring their survival.

Relishingly yours (the Intricacies of nature),

Simple understanding on Achieving Healthy Weight or BMI – 23/6/2019

Simple understanding on *ACHIEVING HEALTHY WEIGHT or HEALTHY BMI* 👍Ramu👍 23/6/19

Our body weight is determined in our hypothalamus region of the brain part.

In simple understanding, there is more or less like a *INSULIN THERMOSTAT* which determines our body set weight.

Unless otherwise, if one does not adjust the level of insulin thermostat to lower level, how much ever one tries, he can never achieve healthy weight. It is nothing to do with any will power and it’s purely hormonal imbalance.

All research studies have unambiguously confirmed, being obese is due to hormonal imbalance, and the primary hormone which stimulates weight gain is *INSULIN*.

It is nothing to do with famous theories such as *”EAT LESS; MOVE MORE”* or *”REDUCING CALORIE INTAKE”* or *”SPEND HOURS TOGETHER AT GYM”*.

Whatever the food you intake, if it stimulates high insulin, it results in weight gain.

Main culprits are sugar, snacks, deserts, bakery items, refined carbohydrates, etc.

These above-mentioned foods, are not only insulin stimulants, but also create CRAVING tendency and force you to eat more and more.

*Second stomach syndrome* : One can easily recall his experience of having eaten sumptuous and stomach full food during marriage party, and left the dining hall in a condition of “can’t add anything”. However, after washed our hands, how our stomach adjusts itself and create room for having deserts and ice-creams.

To avoid this “craving tendency”, it’s not just enough to avoid above mentioned foods but one should substitute with foods which contains lots of fiber, protein and natural fats.

The above strategy may help shedding substantial weight only temporarily, not permanently.

The another most important phenomenon which cause weight gain is *INSULIN RESISTANCE*.

Before understanding about insulin resistance, one should understand the *mechanism of resistance.*

For example, a man who practices alcohol during initial stages, he may use to attain “peak” with first round itself.
The days goes by, he requires minimum “quarter” to attain the same “peak” which he used to achieve with first round during early stages.
This requiring more quantity of alcohol to achieve peak, means his body becomes “alcohol resistance.”

Similarly, one who have had the life style of eating “insulin prone foods” require more and more insulin prone foods to lead a status quo lifestyle.

It means, if your body requires 10 nos of insulin hormones to lead a healthy lifestyle, and if you are an insulin-resistant, your body has to produce 20 nos of insulin hormones to make use of 10 insulin hormones. Over a period of time, it keeps on increasing to 20 to 30 to 40 to achieve effective use of 10 nos of insulin hormones.

Thus, INSULIN RESISTANCE acts as a vicious cycle in your body and makes you fatter and fatter.

The main phenomenon which sets our body set weight high at hypothalamus region is *INSULIN RESISTANCE*.

*How do we get rid of ourselves from “INSULIN RESISTANCE” phenomenon?*

It requires understanding about how this insulin resistance phenomenon happening?

Insulin resistance is happening in our body primarily due to 2 reasons.

(1) eating foods which spikes the insulin levels to higher most.

(2) frequently allowing insulin level spikes higher most. – frequently eating insulin prone foods say 4 or 5 times a day.

Now, the solution is obvious.

(1) Avoid food which secretes high levels of insulin.

(2) As all foods contain certain level of insulin, *ABSTAIN FROM FOOD* for sometimes.

(3) The above (2) can be achieved by minimum 4 hours gap between breakfast and launch and dinner.

(4) Give minimum 12 to 14 hours of fasting between dinner and breakfast.

By doing so, one can reduce insulin spikes and can also reduce the frequency of insulin spikes.

Thus, one can come out from *INSULIN RESISTANCE* phenomenon.

Thus, one can reduce the *INSULIN THERMOSTAT LEVEL* at hypothalamus region.

It’s obvious that if you do the above diligently, you can achieve healthy weight, being energetic and look SLIM.

*DISCLAIMER: I am just an engineer and not Doctor and so take the above for broad understanding purpose and request each one of you to explore more what suits you, but assure you worth doing it.*

*Yours HEALTHY,*

Parking – Tamil movie review

*”PARKING” – Tamil Movie Review:** *By Ramu – 3/12/2023*

The Tamil film industry has seen notable growth post-COVID-19. The pandemic led younger audiences to explore a wide array of films on OTT platforms, broadening their cinematic tastes. This surge in diverse exposure has opened doors for emerging directors to create compelling films with limited budgets, while challenging established directors and actors to adapt to the evolving preferences of movie enthusiasts.

“Parking” is a movie crafted on an extremely low budget, featuring budding actors alongside MS Baskar.

The film’s young director explores the timeless human issue of ego through the lens of parking lot disputes, a societal problem faced by many metropolitan areas today.

The story revolves around two families sharing a residence. One family comprises a 50+ honest government servant, his wife, and their 20+ daughter. Their modest lifestyle involves owning just a two-wheeler. The other family consists of a newlywed IT professional husband and his pregnant wife.

Initially, both families share a cordial relationship, but tensions arise when the young IT professional, buying a car for his pregnant wife, faces a parking space shortage. A minor accident between the older man’s two-wheeler and the new car sparks a verbal altercation. Despite their maturity, both inadvertently exacerbate the situation with unintentional provocations.

The director skillfully portrays innocuous incidents highlighting one’s nobility while inadvertently fueling the other’s ego. The escalation of egos and the refusal to reconcile is depicted with precision, ultimately leading to severe consequences such as false allegations of molestation and bribery.

In essence, the movie delves into the consequences of unchecked ego, compelling viewers to contemplate its unchecked growth.

Conclusion: Watching “Parking” feels akin to absorbing spiritual teachings or delving into religious scriptures.

Verdict: A family-friendly film suitable for ages 5 to 70, offering an easy and relatable narrative.

Long Live Charlie Munger

*Long Live Charlie Munger: Just 35 Days Shy of 100*
🙏Ramu🙏29/11/2023

During my lifetime, the most I’ve ever spent on a book was Rs 5000+ for “Poor Charlie’s Almanack.” Though I haven’t finished even 100 pages, long ago, I understood that Charlie Munger was a man who never aimed to please anyone; he was more straightforward than many of his contemporaries.

For over six decades, he was the partner and alter ego of Warren Buffett. Buffett often spoke of Munger’s profound influence on him. When Buffet detailed about the characteristics of his partner Munger and advised entrepreneurs on their partners should possess:

1. Be smarter and wiser than you.
2. Not to flaunt his superiority, allowing you to receive recognition for many accomplishments that stemming from his thoughts, advice and guidance.
3. Seek a partner who never second-guess you nor sulk when you make expensive mistakes.
4. Find someone generous, willing to invest his own money and work for peanuts.
5. Partner with someone who will constantly add joy to the journey as you travel together.

Personally, I was deeply impacted by Munger’s famous talk on “The Psychology of Human Misjudgment.” In my perspective, Munger’s teachings remain timeless in their relevance to the world.

Charlie Munger’s influence continues to be evergreen.

Sincerely,
🙏 Ramu 🙏

The dynamic trade off: Navigating Time, Money and Energy in life

The Dynamic Trade-off: Navigating Time, Money, and Energy in Life

In our every endeavor, whether making decisions, earning, spending, or simply taking actions, we often consume a blend of three crucial resources: time, money, and energy.

The way we balance these exhaustive resources fluctuates throughout life, shaped by our age, experiences, and maturity.

Consider an instance during an early morning wait for an Ola auto to the central railway station. A young IT couple from our building arrived in an auto and shared they had first used the metro train to cover part of the distance. Presuming their incomes are substantial—possibly five digits each monthly—being newly married might have prompted them to prioritize spending time together, opting for a multi-transport approach over a direct ride, saving around a hundred rupees.

This reveals their inclination toward frugality despite being enthusiasts for expensive items like iPhones, indicating a willingness to allocate money for comfort or status.

In contrast, I couldn’t fathom spending extra time traveling via metro and then an auto after a tiring overnight journey to save a few bucks. My choice prioritizes time and comfort over immediate monetary savings.

The choices we make reflect our life stage. In youth, brimming with energy and time but lacking financial means, we meticulously save money to fulfill our numerous aspirations.

Middle age introduces a new dynamic—less energy but reasonable wealth. Here, conserving time becomes essential, balancing the trade-off between saving time and leveraging financial resources.

As seniors, possessing abundant time and some wealth but reduced aspirations, we shift focus towards comfort and energy efficiency, often disregarding time or money-saving concerns.

In essence, the maturity of our decisions in life is contingent upon how we balance and utilize these three indispensable resources—money, time, and energy. Our life’s execution hinges on the allocation and management of these resources, defining our journey’s maturity.

Ultimately, it’s the thoughtful combination of these resources that shapes our maturity and influences the narrative of our lives.

PACK MY BOX WITH FIVE DOZEN LIQUOR JUGS

*PACK MY BOX WITH FIVE DOZEN LIQUOR JUGS; pack my box with five dozen liquor jugs:*🙏Ramu🙏23/11/2023

If you find yourself favoring a simple homemade meal of curd rice with pickles over hotel food, or preferring daytime journeys with overnight stays at home rather than sleeping on a train or bus, chances are you were born before the 1970s.

During my recent trip to Erode, I selected the Shatapthi train and to make up for the travel time, I picked from my book shlef the light novel “SPY – ஒற்றன்” by the esteemed Tamil writer, Ashokamitran.

Upon boarding the train, I discovered that the book was not a novel but a travelogue detailing Ashokamitran’s inaugural sponsored trip to the United States in 1973. This unique opportunity was exclusively organized by the Chicago University for writers from various countries.

Although the travelogue chronicled his seven-month stay, Ashokamitran artfully narrated the experience with his signature style, laced with dry humor, almost resembling a novel.

One memorable anecdote recounted in the travelogue involved Ventura, a towering figure from Brazil, who spoke limited English. Ventura visited Ashokamitran seeking assistance in purchasing a typewriter from K-Mart, a renowned discount store in the ’70s.

Despite Ashokamitran already owning a typewriter, he graciously accompanied Ventura, taking the lead in explaining their requirements to the salesman.

To test the typewriter, Ashokamitran typed the sentence:

*”PACK MY BOX WITH FIVE DOZEN LIQUOR JUGS; pack my box with five dozen liquor jugs.”*

This sentence involved “liquor”, despite Ashokamitran being a committed teetotaler, sparked my curiosity about his struggle to maintain his vegetarian principles during his seven-month stay.

In a split second, it struck me that the sentence likely contained all 26 English alphabets.

I counted each word and confirmed my guess – within a concise phrase of 32 letters and 8 words, Ashokamitran? managed to craft a meaningful sentence employing every letter of the English alphabet.

It’s fascinating to consider employing this technique to teach our children or grandchildren handwriting using a 2/4 rule copy notebook.

*Fascinatingly yours,*
🙏 Ramu 🙏
